Innovation Management Program Meets Special Program Students to Monitor Academic Progress and Hear Their Expectations

Assistant Professor Narumol Chomchom, Head of the Innovation Management Program (Bilingual Program), met with undergraduate students in the Special Program to discuss important academic matters, including:

1. **Academic Performance Monitoring** – Students were advised to regularly check their grades each semester. Those who receive an **I (Incomplete)** or **F (Fail)** grade should contact their course instructor promptly to complete the required procedures.

2. **Credit Transfer Information** – Students were informed about the procedures for transferring credits for General Education courses and major courses.

3. **Graduation Procedures** – Guidance was provided on the process and requirements for applying for graduation.

4. **English Language Examination and Training** – Information was shared regarding the required English proficiency examination and training.

5. **ICT Examination and Training** – Students were informed about the ICT examination and training requirements.

During the meeting, students also shared their feedback, concerns, and expectations. The program will use these valuable suggestions to further improve academic support and enhance the quality of its educational services.
